*Draft, review and negotiate a variety of commercial contracts and other legal documents, including, corporate transaction documents, independent contractor and consulting agreements, employment-related agreements, confidentiality, vendor agreements and license agreements. *Assist with legal efforts on standard contract issues, including drafting agreements, assisting with negotiations, and overseeing the maintenance and administration of contracts. *Serve as the Corporate Compliance Officer/Privacy Officer to ensure the Company conducts its business in compliance with various Federal and State laws (With proven experience and knowledge in the fields of TCPA, FCC, FTC). $120k to $150k
